Tournament of two capitals: Dnepropetrovsk VS. Kiev

In October one of the most interesting events of debates of year will take place this year- the most known cities of debates will compete between itself for the honoured title of «Debate the Capital».

In 2007 in hotshot opposition with the strongest commands of Kharkov won Kiev! Will it succeed Kiev to defend this rank at Dnepropetrovsk which entered him the lists in 2008?

A tournament will take place in two stages: on October, 5 in Dnepropetrovsk, on October, 18 in Kiev. A format of debates is American parliamentary debates. On every stage it is possible to expect 3 rounds and final game.

To participating the strongest and experimental players and judges are invited in a measure, some of which already became living legends of Ukrainian debates. The title of «Debate the capital of Ukraine» will be got by a city the commands of which will get most of victories in general.
