The Russian student got status of refugee in Ukraine

The decision of Statutory Broker of Ukraine in matters of nationalities and religions is give status of refugee in Ukraine to the Russian member of the opposition to Ann Ploskonosova.

Before this a status of refugee was got by two Russians - they also are the members of the organization
forbidden in Russian Federation "National-bolshevist party of Russian Federation".
