We are expecting that soon the ENPI Pl-By-Ua Program 2007-2013 will start.
Before the call of the proposals is opened, we decided to start our communication to come deeper with the discussion of possible joint project proposals. We (Ukrainian-Polish Center) can and wish to work in cross-border projects in such spheres as: tourism, education, environmental protection issues, SME and other (according to priorities of the Program).
